Northern Bullmastiff Club Open Show
Our 2022 Open show is being held on Saturday 17th September 2022, in conjunction with Darlington Championship Dog Show.

Club statement
Following our SGM on Sunday 27th February 2022 Gary and Lynne Shirt the acting Secretary & Treasurer were elected unopposed into their permanent positions, both Gary & Lynne have previous experience in the roles. Club statement
Following our committee meeting 05/09/2021 and the resignation of our Club Secretary Stephen Humphries & Treasurer Adrian Lowton due to personal reasons, the committee agreed to appoint people to fill the rolls of “acting officers” until the next AGM.
The committee would like to thank Adrian & Stephen for their input in the running of the club as officers and whilst they were committee members and wish them well.
The committee welcomed the offer from former Secretary and Treasurer Gary & Lynne Shirt to carry out the officer rolls until the next AGM when members voting can take place. The email address for the club secretary remains unchanged, Gary can also be contacted via the club facebook page.

Important announcement regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and our 2020 Championship show
The Officers and Committee of the Northern Bullmastiff Club regret to announce the cancellation of the forthcoming show to be held on 19th September 2020.
We have been led by Government guidance and the strong recommendation made by the Kennel Club, on 13th May, that in the light of the continued restrictions arising from the COVID-19 pandemic all forthcoming events until the end of September should be cancelled.
As any of you that have been to a Northern Bullmastiff Club show before will know, we as a committee value every exhibitor that enters and your health, welfare and safety is so important to us.
As a club we share the disappointment that taking this action brings but we look forward to seeing you all at our 2021 show to be held in February.

KC approved Points Of The Dog Seminar
The Northern Bullmastiff Club will be holding a KC approved Points Of The Dog Assessment on Saturday 16th November 2019 from 12:30 (for 1pm start) to 17:00. The seminar will be presented by KC accredited trainers Pat Dufty and Ray Morland.
If you are an inspiring judge or you need to attend as part of your commitment to the KC Judging Competency Framework then this seminar is for you.
The event will be held at The Poppleton Centre, Nether Poppleton (North West of York, close to the A19 / A64).
The club is pleased to confirm that there will be a reduced rate course fee of £5 per membership and £15 for all other attendees. This will include light refreshments and all the necessary documentation.
